I saw that Oakcrest blogged about this book as well...I knew it was awesome!  I thought this was a great book for the first of the year to teach the kids how to treat books.  It is a fun way for the kids to learn.

 

You have to be sure that you read the last page "Library Book Rules to Remember", that just has the kids rolling, and still gets the point across.

 

It's great to find a book that works for most all grade levels.
