Here is what we are doing this week at Draper Elementary for National Bubble Gum Week. We had it oked by the Principal. When the students come they get a (small) piece of bubble gum. The student will unwrap the gum and sit down and chew on the gum while we tell them about bubble gum (What's that in your mouth? ) and read Bubble-Gum Bubble-Gum by Lisa Wheeler. Then we have a bubble gum blowing contest to see who can blow the biggest bubble in the class. Then the students spit out the gum before using the Media. The students just love it!!
